By using the CCOS platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Definitions

- Company: Mahsumaah Company
- User: any person who uses the system
2. Nature of the Service
CCOS is a SaaS platform for managing:
- Meetings
- Boards and councils
- Committees
- Electronic voting
- Minutes and signatures
3. User Account
- Users are responsible for their login credentials
- Sharing accounts with unauthorized parties is prohibited
- The platform may suspend accounts in case of misuse
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the system for:
- Any unlawful activity
- Manipulating votes or decisions
- Uploading harmful or non-compliant files
- Attempting to breach or hack the system
5. Intellectual Property
- All platform rights are owned by Mahsumaah Company
- Copying or reselling the system without consent is prohibited
6. Subscriptions and Payment
- Subscriptions are annual
- Fees are non-refundable after activation
- The company may adjust pricing in the future
7. Service Availability
- We strive to provide high service availability
- We do not guarantee zero downtime
- Maintenance may occur without prior notice
8. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for:
- Decisions made within the system
- Misuse of the platform by users
- Data loss caused by customer error
9. Termination
The company may:
- Suspend accounts for terms violations
- Terminate service for non-payment
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
11. Changes
The company may amend these terms at any time; continued use constitutes implicit acceptance.
